Membership Categories

Governmental/Not-For-Profit Organization Membership ($450) 
This category is designed for a single professional employed by any state or political subdivision, or federal government entity, or non-profit entity. This category of membership includes access for one person to the AGLF newsletter, member conference registration rates, the membership directory, member alerts and member support from the AGLF and its management company.

Individual Membership ($850*) 
This category is designed for one professional with his or her own business, or one professional in a larger organization (for example, one lease broker, placement agent, municipal advisor, or service provider), where such person is the only professional in the organization actively participating in the municipal leasing and financing industry. This category of membership includes access for one person to the AGLF newsletter, member conference registration rates, the membership directory, member alerts and member support from the AGLF and its management company, PLUS the annual AGLF industry survey.

Corporate Membership ($1,750*)
This category is designed for up to three individuals from a single organization actively participating in the municipal leasing and financing industry. Many service providers (for example, law firms, rating agencies, trustees and escrow agents, ESCOs, etc.), municipal advisors and smaller lenders join this membership category. This category of membership includes access for three people to the annual AGLF industry survey, the AGLF newsletter, member conference registration rates, the membership directory, member alerts and member support from the AGLF and its management company. IN ADDITION, the three members will receive access to the AGLF’s proprietary member resources: (1) the 50-State Survey of State Laws, (2) the Federal Tax Law Summary, and (3) the Federal Securities Law Summary. AGLF webinars may be purchased separately.

Executive Membership ($3,000*)
This category is designed for up to six individuals from a single organization actively participating in the municipal leasing and financing industry. This category of membership includes access for up to six people to all of the benefits of the Corporate Membership, PLUS free access to all AGLF webinars.

Leader Membership ($5,000*)
This category is designed for an unlimited number of individuals from a single organization actively participating in the municipal leasing and financing industry. This category of membership includes access for an unlimited number of people to all of the benefits of the Executive Membership, PLUS free access to all other resources prepared from time to time by the AGLF for Leader Members only. Such resources may include industry training materials for new hires, additional surveys of relevant state laws, etc. More importantly, since Leader Members are committed to ensuring that AGLF and the industry remain strong and vital, organizations in this category will receive regular acknowledgement on the AGLF website and in most AGLF materials. 

* The stated cost of membership dues assumes renewal each year in December; HOWEVER, members who fail to commit to auto-renewal or who do not manually renew each year will be required to renew membership at a premium – membership dues of $1,250 (Individual), $2,250 (Corporate), $3,750 (Executive) and $6,000 (Leader). These increased membership dues will apply to every membership renewal after one or more years WITHOUT membership. This change in membership dues is designed to encourage continuous AGLF membership and participation.

 AGLF Membership runs on a calendar year, January 1 - December 31. 
New members joining prior to October 1, are for the current membership year. 
New members joining after October 1, are for the next membership year.
